Regular hygienic flushing may be difficult to document, and faults are often only discovered from non-conformities.

Aquamate smart mixers can be configured and manged centrally via our web browser or mobile app. Regular flush documentation, Alerts in the event of operating errors are send to email, SMS and/or within our app enable the operator to perform targeted fault elimination at an early stage, before a hygienic problem and/or expense arise.

Only Aquamate Smart mixers provide temperature monitoring within each unit. The temperature sensors record cold, hot and mixed temperatures allowing for seamless compliance.

In addition to temperature monitoring, our mixers have additional protection against scalding. When this feature is enabled the internal solenoid valve closes once the set temperature is exceeded. Our Aquanet system sends an alert to the facilities manager in real time by email, SMS and/or within our app. This ensures safe operation of the system.

Our mixers record the number of activations per unit, this allows for the calculation of water consumption per unit. Operators can systematically optimise the run times by raising/lowering the temperature limit. The usage data aids in determining periods of statistical low frequency use.
